This is a good time to review your Communication Plan to see if it is relevant and still working. To find out what adjustments need to be made:

It is important to keep track of your progress during your change journey. A Change Management Dashboard is a great way to do this and ensure you are staying accountable to your plans.
You do not need special software or an expensive dashboard or tracking system. Microsoft Excel is a great low-cost tracking option. You could also create a hard-copy version on a bulletin board or white board in your office to serve as a daily reminder of your goals and the progress you have made.

The key to building and sustaining momentum is to relentlessly track, self-review (along with your team members, to keep accountability strong), analyze, report out, and constantly improve. This is a CQI cycle which mirrors the PDSA cycle as a basis for increasing your competency and the effectiveness of OCM.
Change Management Dashboard
Set up your Microsoft Excel worksheet dashboard with columns and rows to track metrics for your specific change(s). This is a starting point to consider what information will be most helpful to you as you build momentum for your change(s).
The key is to relentlessly track, review (with your team to keep accountability strong), analyze, report out, and continually improve.
