The following steps will help you create a Change Impact Assessment:

 

  1. Determine the differences between the current state and the future state.
  2. Determine the outcomes of the change or future state.
  3. Identify the impacts of the change from the current state to the future state.
  4. Identify the possible risks and strategies to overcome them.
  5. Make your plans using the results.
