Patient focus groups serve a different purpose than patient advisory councils. They typically meet for a limited time to gather opinions and feedback on clinic experiences; such as a care protocol, a service or procedure, product, or branding. Sometimes, focus groups uncover areas for improvement that you may not have considered!
